When you own at Beaver Run, you automatically become part of the Homeowner Association. Then, you have the option to join the Beaver Run Rental Program and rent your unit through our program that, we believe, provides you with the best return on your investment and a program that is owned by YOU (no third parties or hassles of self management). Beaver Run owners also have the opportunity to invest in BRICA, the entity that owns the Conference Center and other assets.
